12.00pm, 1.00pm, 2.00pm, 3.00pm, 4.00pm, 5.00pm, and 6.00pm,
Saturdays –
9.00am, 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm, 1.00pm
Sundays –
9.00am, 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm, 1.00pm
Kestrel FM broadcasts national news once an hour at all other times.
Note that Bank Holidays operate a Saturday schedule
Local news is produced in-house and is, in the main, made up of local items but also incorporates the main national/international stories at the time.

Automated Programming
Some parts of Kestrel FM’s output are recorded from time to time to enable the team to concentrate on bringing you Basingstoke and North Hampshire’s very best radio station.However, during an average weekday all of our daytime programming (6am to 7pm) is live.
On Saturday our output from 9am – 5pm is live.
On Sunday’s our daytime output from 9am – 1pm is live.

Recent Programming Highlights
Kestrel FM have covered National Recycle Week together with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council with on-air features and outside promotions accross Basingstoke.The Kestrel Team promoted the Run 4 Fun this summer and hosted the event at Down Grange in Basingtoke.

Recent News Highlights
The Motocross Track in Odiham was rejected.After months of campaigning a decision was made on a planning application submitted by a local family to open a centre for children to use. We heard the relief from the campaigners their village would remain unchanged, whilst the bidders told us of their pledge to keep on fighting for a track.
The Run for Fun
Kestrel Fms reporters were at the annual fundraiser at Down Grange to see the fancy dres getups and to hear peoples' personal stories for running the 5K race.

How To Complain
Any complaints made are logged immediately with an acknowledgement receipt issued to the complainant within 24 hours. The details are then passed on to the relevant department. We will aim to resolve any complaint within 10 working days. If under any circumstances a solution to the complaint can not be agreed, a further complaint can be made with Ofcom. For advertising complaints, if we can not find a solution, the complaint can be taken up with ASA.
